With the system
Leads arrive through several channels and some go unanswered.
Every lead is recorded, qualified and followed up according to the same rule.
Sales reps prioritise by instinct.
The score and context are visible; the human decides.
The CRM is incomplete.
Data is enriched and kept up to date automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Does the AI send messages on its own?
By default, no. Messages are proposed and validated by a human. Automatic sending is only enabled for simple cases and with your agreement.
How do you respect opt-outs?
Contact statuses (opt-out, restriction, relationship managed by a person) are hard stops in the workflow.
Do we need to change CRM?
No. We work around the existing CRM if a viable API or connector exists.
