Data collected
Via the forms: identity, business contact details, company, description of the workflow and qualification answers, language, consent and its version.
Technically: campaign parameters (UTM), entry page, referrer, to link your request to its source. A visit identifier is only used if you accept audience measurement.
Purposes and legal basis
Answering your request and managing the resulting commercial exchange (performance of pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).
Measuring website audience and page effectiveness (consent, via the banner).
Protecting the forms against abuse (legitimate interest).
Service providers
Website hosting: Netlify. Form automation: n8n (cloud instance). Request tracking: Notion and Microsoft 365. Anti-spam: Cloudflare Turnstile. The processing regions and safeguards applicable to each provider are documented and available on request.
We do not sell personal data.
Retention periods
Commercial requests: for the duration of the exchange, then at most three years after the last contact. Audience data: according to the period set in the measurement tool, never beyond thirteen months. Technical logs: as long as necessary for security.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time, by writing to sandra.charan@brickfyn.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Belgium).
